What data do we process, and for what purpose?
Contact form and email enquiries
If you write to us through the contact form or to the email address shown on the Website, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message, solely in order to reply to your enquiry. We do not use this data to send you marketing communications unless you expressly ask us to.
Protection against abusive submissions
To prevent spam, when you submit the form we store for a maximum of one hour an encrypted identifier (hash) of your IP address, which does not reveal the original IP, together with the time of submission. It is deleted automatically after that time.
Browsing and cookies
The Website has no user registration. We only use first-party technical cookies: one to remember your cookie choice and, on the contact page, a session cookie needed for the form's anti-spam protection. You can find full details in our Cookie Policy.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for handling the enquiry you send through the form is your consent, which you give by ticking the box accepting this policy and which you may withdraw at any time. For email enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to the requests addressed to us and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request (for example, if you ask us about buying a product). The anti-spam identifier is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the Website against abuse. The technical cookies are based on their being necessary for the Website to work and do not require your consent.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep the data from your enquiries for as long as necessary to handle and resolve them, and afterwards for the period during which legal liabilities could arise, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
Do we share your data with third parties?
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless legally required to. Our web hosting and email providers may access it solely to provide their service to us, as data processors and with the safeguards required by law.
What are your rights?
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request the erasure of your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Request the restriction of its processing in certain circumstances.
- Object to the processing of your data.
- Request the portability of your data, where technically possible.
You can exercise these rights by writing to us at info [arroba] beautyinandout [punto] com.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal developments or changes in how we process your data (for example, if we add analytics tools, a newsletter or online sales in the future). We recommend reviewing it periodically; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
